Well, I must say that things are really going along at our club quite smoothly. Last month we had about five visitors and a good turn up of diehard members, considering it was “State of Origin” night. It also helps when you have quality speakers as we did. The position of lecture steward has still not been filled, so it’s fallen onto the other committee members. So far, it hasn’t been a problem with members stepping up to give talks, so thanks to all who have done this as it is a tremendous help.
